As many people know, we are carrying out a landowner survey to get people’s views, and have encountered some interesting comments. No one has said “no” but, as the nice people at CLB say, it’s good to talk and communicate.
Most people are aware of the fact that Dounreay do not want the North Highland Way at all, but unfortunately it passes by their premises. One enterprising farmer said we should think about the Dounreay Airfield, which is, of course, of historical interest. As they have been so recalcitrant about this and just refuse to talk, we thought we would try the time honoured way of a petition. Please sign and let’s get this section of the North Highland Way sorted out. Today we have a meeting with Aberdeenshire Council. We will keep you posted about that.
